Doing check up is very important as one of the prevention of serious disease. Don’t ignore the numbers that determine our health condition as the information below :

 

Cholesterol

LDL (Low Density Protein)
It’s also known as evil cholesterol. This kind of cholesterol can blockage the blood vessels. Range healthy numbers are :

<159 Healthy, meaning the smaller the better

160 – 189 Not healthy, you should change your diet and lifestyle

HDL (High Density Protein)

Blood Pressure

Blood pressure is a pressure in artery wall when heart is pumping blood. When the blood is pumping, it’s called systole and when the blood is relaxation, it’s called diastole. PSA is a hormone that is produced by men at prostate gland. If they have unhealthy number of PSA, it may lead to prostate enlargement or prostate cancer. The healthy number is 0- 2,6 ng/ml.

The purpose of checking bones is to prevent a person from osteoporosis. The checking is called densinometri or DEXA scan. The range of healthy number is:
