Ayurveda and Yoga
Ayurveda and yoga create a harmony and balance for body to be healthier. Ayurveda and yoga are complementary. Both of them are from ancient culture of India that are the basic of self-healing. Both of them aim to create a healthy body in natural way. Yoga offers a way through physic exercise and breathing exercise that benefit to increase metabolism process in the body (include cleansing and rejuvenation), increase brain works, easily concentrate, and calming so that it prevents from stress. While ayurveda, it emphasizes on the treatment and curing technique by consuming herbs and proper diet to increase metabolism process (include cleansing and rejuvenation), maximize detoxification process inside body and curing the disease. According to ayurveda and yoga, healthy is not only physical condition but also psychological and emotional. Ayurveda and yoga are complementary in creating balanced and harmony condition among physic, soul, mind, and environment.
